Data Cleanup — Trips From Deleted Riders
Find trips linked to riders you've deleted — useful for clearing out old test data from Reports. Click "Find Trips" to scan.
Merge Duplicate Riders
Find riders with the same name who may be duplicates. Merging reassigns all trips from the duplicate to the keeper, then removes the duplicate record.
All Riders (Full Audit)
Shows EVERY rider in the system — active and inactive, no date range, no 50-person cap like the main Riders page. Trip count is computed directly from actual trip records, not a stored field. Use this to find test data that other views might not show.
Fix Trip Prices (one-time repair)
Trips booked before 15 September 2026 had their prices recorded incorrectly — round trips were written down twice, and trips booked through Recurring Trips had no price saved at all. This never affected what anyone was charged; it only makes reports wrong. This repair corrects the saved prices.
Preview changes nothing. It shows you exactly what would be corrected so you can check it first. Nothing is altered until you click Fix Prices, and it can be undone.
